Smith's Pies comes from humble beginnings, baking handmade pies since 1983. We provide a wide range of classic and specialty pies to stores around Tasmania and beyond. We also sell direct to the public through our pie window at the bakery Monday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm and at our food truck every Saturday at Salamanca Market.
